We accept and offer regular returns and size exchanges only on products that were purchased from our website within 30 days. Any promotional discounts used on the initial order will not apply to exchanges and will not be given as a refund.
Please note: Customers may exchange an item for a different size only once. Exchanges for a new style or print via “Shop Now” are no longer available.
No returns, exchanges, refunds, or online credits are available for items marked as “Final Sale” or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store location. “Final Sale” will be listed above the product name on the product page on the website.
Merchandise must be received in new condition; unused, unwashed and with original lining, tags and bag, and be within the 30-day return window in order to be processed.
Cabana Life reserves the right to refuse return processing of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Customer will be responsible for the return and/or re-shipping fee.
