Return Policy:

At BIANA we work hard to keep you satisfied with our products! If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for refund or exchange. Here are the guidelines we ask you to follow in order to receive a refund or qualify for exchange:

• Returned items should be new: not worn, not altered, not washed and with all original labels and tags still attached.
• Mail back your return timely so that it is received back at BIANA within 30 days of the shipment date.
• Returns, which do not comply with the above guidelines will not be refunded and will be mailed back to the customer.
• Note: A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
